Remodel a Swimming Pool in 95124
They would have gotten a 5 star except for a few things
1. Didn't monitor fill of the pool. Axs they were off to another job they didn't want to pay an employee to do that.
2. Didn't balance the chemicals.
3. Used sand on trim and I had to wash off. It is still a problem. Recommend not to use sand in any process
4.. If you hire them make sure it is in your contract.
5. Overall the work was done in a timely and satisfactory fashion

John was very responsive. He came to the house, checked out the pool, met with the specialist for the cover and turned the work over to the specialist and made sure we were taken care of correctly and with the right people. He was prompt, responsible and very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
