The positive: Mike came to our appointment on time and gave me an estimate in a very professional manner. He had some really great ideas. His prices were very reasonable. He is very responsive to issues arising after the job is done. The negative: his contractor was either really late or early. I had to have them come back 3 times after completion of the job. However, they always came back when something 'went out'.
