OK at doing variety of tasks: TV cable, screen door installation; electrical wiring. Was relatively speedy. Did make electrical connection that left some outlets without power, however returned quickly to correct the problem. Was personable and relatively good communicator about technical stuff.

Comcast spent hours at my home trying to get my service connected. They managed to connect only one room! They have multiple cable lines to choose from that are already installed but couldn't connect any of the other rooms. Ken from PHT came in and had them ready to be connected in maybe 15 minutes...the first and most important one in 2 minutes. Ken knows what he's doing! I've already had him back once to hang a TV. Great job again!
I have multiple other jobs pending, and I'm going to have Ken knock them all off over the next few weeks.
