Juan was very professoinal, knowledgable, and pleasant to work with. He did a great job and we would use him again. However, Juan needs to manage his schedule a little better as we had to re-schedule the work a few times.

Fix-It plumbing re-piped my home with copper piping. Also changed my water heater and installed an under sink water filtration system. Juan is very courteous, polite and it has been a real pleasure to deal with him. Don't be fooled by his young age. He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Their prices are fair, started work on promised date and completed to my satisfaction. They recommended the best materials/components for the job. Here is best part: Every evening before going home, they left a status report on my kitchen counter detailing what has been done that day and that's silicon valley like!
