This was a job that involved some major foundation issues which resulted in both exterior and interior work. Michael is a focused and organized contractor; I have a fair amount of experience with contractors both professionally and personally and this job was the best I have seen. Michael knows when to bring in experts in difficult problems and worked very well with the City of Fremont planning department. He offers thoughtful options when issues arise. He has great folks - skilled and dedicated - working for him. He was always available to answer questions or concerns. I am more than pleased with the final product.
