Although Scott was very quick getting me a quotation, getting ahold of him to schedule the job was a little difficult, and I could not reach him the day of the job when his workers were doing the work and I had questions. I think he should have been there either during the initial walk-through or as the workers were finishing up. Fortunately I was there to keep an eye on the work.
