Brad at Brilliant Furnishings was SUPER patient with us as we took our (sweet) time trying to decide if we'd go ahead with our custom entertainment center, what sort of design we wanted, how many electronic appliances we wanted to fit into it, what sort of hardware would look best, etc., etc. He was very professional throughout, accommodating with meeting times, always on time (with email + phone replies, and in person), and generous with his ideas, tips and advice on what would work and what wouldn't... Work progressed at a timely pace, we were kept updated, and the finished product was much better than we'd expected!

This was probably my best experience with a contractor and I've used them a lot in the past. Mel is very professional, reliable and honest. He does the job great, pays attention to details, always on time and works to your satisfaction. He refaced my kitchen cabinets and while he was working, he was cleaning after himself everyday and we actually could cook and use the kitchen.
