It's too bad you don't have a choice for "Excellent" because Dave Miller's Viable Systems was excellent. My husband and I had spent several weeks interviewing contractors who said they would give us an estimate and never did. Nor would they return our calls to follow-up. Dave Miller, on the other hand, was true to his word. Thorough in examining the project, providing an estimate in a timely fashion, showing up on time, performing exceptional and undelayed work were hallmarks of our experience with Viable Systems. Dave, easy to work with and talk to, proved knowledgeable in his field, and did not hesitate to give recommendations when the need arose. I would highly recommend Viable Systems to anyone seeking the completion of a home wiring project.

Had a call back from Sabro within minutes of my putting in the Service Magic request. Was able to describe the work to him and feel like he understood scope. Described costs but I misunderstood it was $60/hour/person. Thought it was $60/hour. Agreed on Sunday morning date which pleased me. Got confirming call before they arrived. Went straight to work analyzing the issue and doing the work I required. Sabro and his partner were focused and energetic in completing the work successfully. Would definitely have them do other jobs for me in the future.
