William did a fabulous job on our remodel and we couldn't be any happier! He took the time to thoroughly explain each process step and what things needed to be done. The project was a master bathroom gut job that included re-routing the plumbing and electrical. You just never know what is behind those walls until it is opened up. In our case, we had it all: wood rot, years of termite damage, mold, and of all things no sub-flooring underneath the shower pan. William took care of us and corrected all of our problems - A+ on quality and on-time performance. We totally love our new expanded master bathroom!
